In Bloom

As the close of summer draws near, I decided to scour my closet for outfits that would help me transition from summer and into the fall months.

I took the opportunity to showcase of one of my best assets: my legs. I went for length by choosing a high-waisted short-short by GAP and my favorite Kelsi Dagger "Linzy" heels.

I paired my light purple shorts with a tucked-in short-sleeve beige top I bought from Georgia Avenue Thrift Store. The stark color contrast defines my waist.

I topped the ensemble off with a royal blue cardigan, perfect for fall's mild temperatures, my rose gold Fossil watch, my MK Hamilton tote and my favorite cocktail ring from LOFT.

The color combination reminds me of the bluebonnets that grown in Texas, my beloved homestate!

I feel like I'm in bloom!
